This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding the cancellation of orders and the refund of purchases made on our website.
1. Order Cancellation:
Customers may request the cancellation of their order by contacting us at bbikerzmode@gmail.com within 2 business working days from the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be issued for eligible cancellations or returns. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe.
The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process:
Upon approval of a cancellation or return request, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 14 business Days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
* Customized or personalized products.
* Products that show signs of use or damage.
* Clearance or sale items.
* The item should be in the same condition as it was received.
* The item must have all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
* If at all you have received a damaged product not to worry we accept the return in that case.
* If you have sizing issues with your riding gear we will happily provide you with a size exchange on new/unused products but No Refund. (Not applicable on Clearance Sale products)
* If you do not want to replace the product, we will provide you with a refund but 5% will be Deducted. (Not applicable on Clearance Sale products).
* Forward shipping charges are subjected to be deducted from the refund.
* In the case of a discounted item (excluding Clearance sale), only size exchanges are permissible. Refunds are not eligible under this circumstance. If the preferred size is unavailable, you have the option to choose an alternative product and utilize the corresponding value.
5. Return Shipping:
If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at bbikerzmode@gmail.com within 7 Business of days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product and offer a replacement or refund.
7. Changes to Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to update and modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website.
